Room for up to six vehicles in the driveway and carport — plenty of space for trucks and tournament boats. Please help us keep the grass green and healthy by parking on the driveway only.

Guests with Dogs
We love hosting dogs. The first pup stays for a $100 fee, and each additional dog is just $50 (up to three dogs total, maximum 50 pounds each). If you’re bringing more than one dog, please message us to adjust your reservation. We want every guest — two-legged or four — to feel right at home.
Guest Access
You’ll enjoy full private access to the entire home, backyard, and dock. Self check-in is easy — your SmartLock code will be emailed to you around 3:00 PM on your arrival day, and check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Other Things to Note
- There are stairs from the back porch to the backyard, and the dock sits just beyond the yard.
- If you prefer to avoid stairs, you can walk from the front door around the side of the house to reach the backyard and dock.
- Exterior and doorbell cameras are installed for safety and security only.
- Cell service can be limited — Wi-Fi calling works best.
- Included amenities: Central HVAC, washer/dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, linens, towels, trash bags, and paper goods.

Certainly! Pets are welcome at our home. Please note that there is a fee of $100 for the first dog per stay, and for any additional dogs, a charge of $50 each applies. We can accommodate up to a maximum of three dogs, with a weight limit of 50 lbs per dog.
What time is Check In/Check Out?
The property offers self-check-in starting at 4:00 PM. You will receive an email confirmation containing the entry access codes and the address of the Lakehouse. Please ensure you check out by 11:00 AM on your departure day.
Does the property have WIFI?
Yes, the property is equipped with WIFI, supported by gigabit fiber internet for a fast and reliable connection.
Is parking available?
Absolutely, the property offers ample parking space, accommodating up to 6 cars. Additionally, there is sufficient room for a boat trailer.
Are parties or events allowed?

Is fishing allowed off the dock?
Yes, guests are welcome to fish off the dock.
Is a boat, jet ski, canoe or kayak available with the Lakehouse?
The Lakehouse has 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards available for use. However, there are no boats, jet skis, or canoes available.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to check-in will receive a 95% refund. Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds within 14 days of check-in.
Do I need a fishing license?
Yes, a valid Oklahoma fishing license is required to fish on Grand Lake O’ the Cherokees in Oklahoma. Non-residents and residents of Oklahoma need a license to fish or attempt to fish in the state or to possess fish or other aquatic organisms.
